So this kid was seen fighting alongside giant robots

and giant robots were just fighting

but school still in session and Sam is just walking down the halls like nothing is different.

O'd rather just see Sam and what's her name in the comaro

we're already well aware she picked Sam, no need to hammer it in farther.

she should pick trent at the end! then after she gets into his car, sam has bumblebee transform and step on it. that's what i want to see.

Correct me if i'm mistaken but in the script the Autobots can't fly, neither can the Decepticons-unless their in their alt modes?

Do you guys like this departure from the comics?

i always found it stupid how they could magically fly

Giant Robots flying around like Superman? I found that always silly. Except if it fit the characters of course such as Starscream, Thundercracker or Jetfire.

But even those characters just kinda floated in the air with in-active jet engines. Maybe Bay & Co. simply couldn't figure out how to build their robot modes so they would be able to fly. But it doesn't really bother me much.

It's a fine change.

Unless the Dinobots are ever introduced...they should be able to fly for no reason.

Are you kidding? They're cgi. You can make them do just about anything you can conceive if that's what you want.

I just wondered if Characters like Thundercracker and Skywarp were to scan the same jet as Starscream for their alt modes, how different or similar would they look to the leaked pic of Starscream?

I mean, would they just have different faces but have similar bodies?

According to Bay and co, the designs of they're bodies are highly influenced by what vehciles they scan for their alt modes which changes their original Cybertronian alien bodies into what we'll see in the film. My point is, no matter if Megatron changes his alt mode (highly unlikely) from Cybertronian Jet to some earth based vehcile, he'll still more that likely have the same ugly ass face.

No no. He meant how to design them to make flight in their robot modes seem possible. Some kind of repulsion system would have to be added somewhere.

As a compromise for those who do want flight I'd say put jets on the bottom of those big ugly movie TF gorrilla feet. Have them be able to jump to amazing hieghts. Prime would be able to do that move of from the TF movie.

As a compromise for those who do want flight I'd say put jets on the bottom of those big ugly movie TF gorrilla feet. Have them be able to jump to amazing hieghts. Prime would be able to do that move of from the TF movie.

That could work, Jet boots that let them jump high up and then they could stretch out their wings to glide like in the Transformers game for the PS2.

i seriously doubt this will fly..................unless the jet turbine thingy is on his back...that would be cool.

I just don't see how you can have 1) the power of interstellar travel, 2) the ability to magically reassemble your form into some new thing, and 3) (and this one's the kicker!) have technology to create a fully sentient machine or android and NOT have freakin Anti-grav.

we have nuclear bombs that can kill billions of people.... romte control jets that fly by themselves and bomb with the push of a button from thousands of miles away.... we have some of the most suffisticated micro technology ever!
