script changes: possible spoilers for those who haven

i hope a thread on this hasnt been brought up before, just curious what was leaked on the net before the films release that got changed? Either you knew it was going to change or you didnt and was shocked? I know megatrons face changed and few other details. Also what stage were they in when writing the script did they change Arcee to Ironhide?

There was a couple of scripts that were leaked. The first one featured Arcee, but the second one she was replaced (either by Jazz or Ironhide, can't remember). The look of Megs isn't a script change, its just concept change. The script has always been quite similar, its just been a few subtle changes in plot and dialogue.
