I'd watch it lol but could it really be classified as a porno? Maybe you could make a porno with out ever actually showing nude people, or show the nude people but never having sex.

I didn't have a problem with your opinion. I don't mind that you like bay or that you want to see Transformers. That's your opinion cool whatever.

The BS you put up was that if you watch a movie for what it is and drop all expectations at the door you can enjoy it. That isn't opinion it's simply wrong.

You enjoy a film if you think it is good or it entertained you. It has nothing to do with expectations or watching it for what it is. If I want to see a comedy I watch it for what it is a comedy I don't judge it by the same standards I would a drama, but it damn well better be funny and entertaining. If I watch a action movie I expect their to be fighting and explosions and like any other movie no matter the genre a decent plot.

Everyone watches a movie for what it is. No one want in to Wedding Crashers expecting a amazing dramatic movie with incredible depth. They went to see a comedy and they got one.

If you drop all expectations at the door you couldn't watch a movie for what it is because I would expect a comedy how crap wait gotta drop that at the door. Now what. Every movie should have a standard a comedy should be funny. A action movie should have action and a drama should be dramatic. Hell a porno should have two people screwing. These are not expections you can drop at the door. You also can not drop the expectation of a decent story that keeps you entertained or a plot that actually makes sense (well Ok in a porno those last two can be dropped as long as there are boobies.)

Of course you go with an open mind but that doesn't mean that the movie won't be crap. If your wrong and the movie is good that's cool if you were right the entire time then you wasted any where from 6- 9 bucks and a piece of crap movie. Lets face there are times in life where you know a movie is going to suck with out ever having to see it. Other wise you would have to see every single movie ever made because you have to keep an open mind. Where exactly do you draw the line?


If the trailer makes you want to throw up because it looks so bad, the actors are known to be very crappy, the director has made over a dozen movies and never delivered except maybe one time do you go and see it anyway? I mean you gotta have an open mind right?

Or to add even more. I have seen the trailer for Transformers I hate it I think it looks ******ed. I hate the director. I hat that idiot kid who ruins everything he touches that some how got the lead role. Oh and I read the script and thought it was suppose to be toilet paper (opps) so should I keep an open mind and still see it?

My point is if every movie Bay has made turned out to be very crappy and a horrible excuse for a movie (In your opinion) should you waste another 6-9 bucks on him even though he hasn't delivered 9 out of 10 times? Movies cost money and you can't afford to spend money on every one that looks crappy because you want to keep an open mind. If I was on the fence I would go see it, but i'm not I can tell already that I would not enjoy this movie and that I would possibly try to sue to get my 8 bucks back (obvious exaggeration) so I won't bother.

Amazing how fast they got rid of Ang Lee, Michale France, and Eric Bana. Hopefully the new crowd does better. They certinaly could not do worse. Hulk sank like a rock it's 2nd weekend. 69.7 %. The same man who wrote FF. Pattern here ?

The cast was all right. The problem was the creative team. IMO.

I think this new Hulk movie will deliver both in action and story

I am right there with you Stupify when it comes to Bay and Bayformers

Its fine for others to like it but me thinks I will leave it, I don't need to see a hero destory everything bad in the world and end up with not even a scartch by the end of the movie

I will take Spiderman or Batman any day even though they are superheroes they always get well knackered up by the end of the movie...bruised bloodied and battered.

I bet Shia looks just a little dirty..maybe his shirt gets torn up but doesn't spill a drop of blood
