Now, THAT guy should play Thor in a live-action movie! Although i guess he's getting a bit older, but he kicked ass in 13th warrior, imo.

NO KIDDING, I know there's makeup today and cgi that could help with that, but, someone did bring up a point, Vladmir didn't do a whole lot of talking, he may not be able to act in that manner.
I would LOVE to see Vladmir in the part but could he get the emotion Thor is capable of?

Not sure, but he'd look outrageously cool in Thor's costume.

Pretty good look for Thor, although facial hair buffs will be disappointed. I guess without a beard he ends up looking like He-Man with a cape & helmet (even if he predated He-Man by over 20 years). Hopefully JMS will deliver on the plot ends.

I'd still like to hear Marvel comment on how the PRELUDE TO CW issues of FF are worth a damn since Thor isn't part of Civil War and likely will be returning after it is over. Will they say, "we made a goof and we'll make it up to fans by ______" or just go about their business whistling into the wind as usual? I mean, since it's been stated that "Clor" was intended to actually BE Thor and then that idea changed at the last minute (for the better, as trying to explain why Thor would side with the SHRA would be worse than simply going, "oh, Stark, Reed & Pym just made a cyborg clone of him and conviently never bothered to make him after endless supervillian attacks, but only when a large black man needed killing".

Well JQ said that Thor will not be returning untill summer 2007. some of us on the Marvel boards are thinking Thor will show up either just before the end of WWH, or at the very end of WWH, and then go into his series.
JQ has also said that Clor might be around for awhile, meaning Clor will around for Thor to trash I hope.
ME I'm just happy Thor is returning, but, in the meantime we have BRB in Oemga-Flight, the Thor action figs coming out to tide us over until then.
