I hope we see Shard in the concentration camp with Bishop. If they overlook the fact that Bishop had a sister, it's gonna be kind of a glaring ****-up.

I was going to get a Wolf/Dog from a friend, but, my apartment complex doesn't allow anything that gets above the knee...Anyway I was going to name it Thor.

I was thinking of getting runes tattooed on my forearms. But then I thought it'd be ******ed.

What the tattoos or the runes? Corp I would get them myself as well, but I thought about will I want them down the road?

I've got some on my back, spelling something out, but I'd be nervous to get anymore. Some people still use rune magic or believe they have power, tattooing them onto your body is pretty tricky stuff.

The runes. I don't have anything against tattoos, I just don't have anything I really want to permanently etch into myself. The runes were stupid because they're a Nordic/Germanic thing and I don't have the remotest trace of any of that in my ethnicity. I'd feel kind of weird justifying rune tattoos to people by way of really loving Norse mythology and comics.

Well, is what's spelled out on your back in English or Scandinaivian? People I talk to think if you're going to Tat runes onto your body it should be in the same toung.

That's another problem with getting runes: translating stuff to actually know what runes to get.

I have some friends in Norway, but it's written in english. I just spelled it with runes. The whole meaning is an amalgamation any way. It's "MINK" (spelled in runes) with a horned circle around it. It's a name my aunt gave me when I was born, she also introduced me to mythology and Mink is a trickster in Native Lore, so I spelled it in runes as a nod to my favorite Trickster god.

HEH well Corp I don't see anything wrong with that, it's not as bad as any NON-Asian getting some type of "CHI" tatted to themselves without knowledge of what it means. We at least KNOW what the runes mean.
Then I'm from a german family that originally got chased out of Swedan because of Religous belief. lol

My family came from all over. Some of them were already in the states (before they were called the states), the others were slaves, fur trappers and/or people who got sick of eating potatoes.

Well My Screen name is actually norse, and the spelling I have up is the closest American translation, so if I were to get anything it would be the runic version of my name.
Actually it translates to "guardian angel".
