Peter had every intention of killing the car jacker until he saw who it really was... then he backed off from the shock, the car jacker took his chance, Peter disabled him and that's when the carjacker tripped on the pipe and fell out the window.

This comes back in SM3 where he had every intention of killing marko when he found out he was the killer. This is why it bothered me why they added the black suit as he didn't need it to want to get revenge against his uncle's killer.

Well, Peter had changed a lot in the time between Carradine and Marko, and had learned about responsibility. With the suit on, he was back to being at least somewhat more irresponsible.

I know... but my point is still valid... enough... for something I thought of on the spot. And I'm one of the few who doesn't mind the dancing (check my sig, lol). It's only because I'm not a huge comic fan (simply because I don't have the time to read them). all complaints are justified here.

I wasn't overly bothered by it; I understood what Sam was going for. That was just an amped up, live version of TAS "singing in the rain" skip & twirl Pete did in the Imani suit.

The dance itself is the least of my concern.

I still think its time for a female villain...Calypso...I think she could hold her own......she doesn't need to be related somehow to Peter Parker...all you need to know is she's a psycho b**ch...and instead of having voodoo powers, just have her think she's a voodoo priestess or something...to me...something that would add the creepy factor would be to go with her story in the comics but change it a little...: She sacrificed her sister to a voodoo deity believing she would gain voodoo/magic powers...have her try to control the crime of the city...

I always was a fan of Morbius...I hope he appears eventually...I hope we see at least one of Spidey's Horror/Mystical foes...

i think he was handled well in the sm3 game, something in that vein might work even as a side story, like maybe the sightings of the vampire and lizards attract kraven. then aftet morbius is settle down and controllable or somthing kraven having no leads focusses on lizard. perhaps someone else can help find cure for morbius, like some esu doc

Maybe they don't even need to show them...they could just have fun little references to other villains like through the bugle headlines...Vampire Sightings, or College Student Rumoured to be Vampire...or Woman Thinks She's Voodoo Witch...

I love Raimi's other work but any fan of spidey knows other than parts of 2, Raimi complete *******d Spiderman...anyone thinking he won't again is insane.

I'm not sure about the emo Peter whether one of the studios or producers wanted it or if it was all Raimi's idea, but yeah....the dancing and emo Peter is almost down to the Batman the Robin level. Not the whole movie, but that scene....ugh. Since Raimi is such a huge Spider-Man fan, you'd think he'd know the black suit doesn't turn him into one of America's most embarrassing trends. Of course, that's only if it was his idea. If not, then you could say the same for Avi Arad or some other fat cat. Has Raimi "*******d" Spider-Man? No, and this is coming from a guy who thought 1 was decent at best and 2 was great, but overrated. If the franchise was *******d, then each film would have Spider-Man himself would was remind us to brush our teeth every night and never get in a car with strangers...though the vegetable scene was pushing it.

So you were fine with whiney "i'm doing it for my kid" and "I killed uncle ben" Sandman and lame Venom? SNowboard Ninja Harry? Come on man. He went completly against the entire spidey mythos. The first 2 did decent, Ock was pretty good aside from the trenchcoat. Power Ranger GG P'ed me off too though. Prettymuch the only thing Raimi has doen right in any of the 3 movies was mostly Spidey himself...and a litle bit of Ock. Sandman looked the part too...but the story behind it was wrong.

I think I really know who the villain is, they say the villain is very New York centric, they said we may already know who it is, and that we would appreciate who they chose, MYSTERIO! Bruce Campbell has popped up all around New York and has been annoying to Peter this makes him New York centric or whatever they said. The fans have been really wanting him from what I've read to play Mysterio in the moviez. So this is my guess. What do u think?

Hmmm. Thats a possibility. I don't think anyone else brought that up, so nice work. It would be nice to see Campbell as Mystero, cause he could pull it off I belive.

I know how Doc Ock can return to the films without it being too convoluted.
He didn't actually die.

He sank to the bottom, maybe died for a few minutes, but his arms pulled him out.

He could even put together the Sinister Six for the sixth film. That would be awesome!
