The Dark Knight Oldman thinking about retirement

Flawless! dude we know miranda is M.I.A but where's our other bud keyser the sushi?

i'm with you- everyone says he's signed for three but i've yet to see it in writing
Sushi's back. He was MIA after the whole Miranda thing, but is now back in action. You can catch him in the Batusi lounge, he was there last night and earlier.
Hope that helps!

I think the points to remember are these:

Oldman has signed for the three picture deal (and I don't think he'll break that)

and Gary has set the standard on how to play the character in live action. Any actor following in his footsteps would have to base it around Oldman's performance.

However, what if Gordon is the only film role he accepts even after the third film? It's an easy and fun ride for him. Additionally, he and Bale are developing a great chemsitry as is Bale with Freeman and Caine. It's just a great cast.

i'm trying to see what are the other angles to this decision. i cant believe that its just coincidence that actors the caliber of Spacey and Oldman are quiting movies.

The Guy has had a tremendous career, I'd love to see him continue acting into his golden years, but I'm grateful for all the work he has given us. Maybe he just needs to step away for some time.

He is an ok actor. Too old to have played a young Gordon in BB.
