The Stepford Cuckoos. It is not officially confirmed, but it was stated (in Endsong I believe), that one or all of the sisters are Omega as one contains the Phoenix Force.

I wish they didn't kill Synch.

The Cuckoos never "contained" the Phoenix during Endsong. They were just approached by a fragment of it during issue 1 and at the end of issue 5.

Where was it stated that one of them is Omega?

The powers are hers, the only thing the Phoenix Force does is amplifies them.

It never was stated at all. If they were Omega the Shi'ar would have said something when when they were following Kid Omega. Sheesh people read the book

If she trained herself, yes she could have made a telekinetic cocoon to fly in space. Magneto does it with metal.

Phoenix has never traveled into different dimensions. I don't know what you are referring to.

The way Magneto controls metal to make an orb around him, Jean grey would make a telekinetic shield or cocoon around herself. The same way she did in X-2 and the comics.

Magneto has flown from the earth to the moon using just his ordinary shield and he even made himself invisible and undetectable at the same time.
