Actually, Gambit is a omega mutant. Fullyu powered, he can charge all organic as well as inorganic matter without having to be in contact with a object. But his powers went bonkers and he couldn't control them. He went to Sinister for help and Sinister cut off a piece of his brain so he can now only charge inorganic matter by touching it.

I can go with that.

IIRC, an alternate version of him called New Son killed the host to the Phoenix Force.

Thanks that helps. I can't belive i've never seen that scan before, if someone would have scanned that ages ago we wouldn't have all the debate on omega level mutants lol. However. I'm sure the Storm fans would still have something to say lol .

I really don’t see why Storm's fans would have a problem with this seeing that she not one of the three mentioned without omega potential.

I was kind of hoping that Scott had some omega potential.

Did you read it? It doesn't say 'alpha' but it describes what an alpha is(about warren, hank, and Scott)

Not all of us Storm fans are like that, you know. Stop using sweeping generalizations.

And you know what? Anything is still possible. They can make everyone Omega if they want. That's the power of retcon. And I'm not even implying Storm should be one.
