There have never been alternate cuts prepared of the film.
I spoke today with key creative players on the film after seeing it, and this is the only cut that has been prepared. They've been working to finish this right up to the last minute. The producers don't have time to dick around with a variety of cuts and different endings just to play games with fans. They're focused on getting the film into theaters. Period.
And it runs just over 100 minutes.
