Hey guys. I'm suffering with an incredible case of writers block as it pertains to Johnny. I just don't know where to go with him anymore, and I feel like I didn't bring a whole lot to the character, so I guess I'm going to drop him.

I do have some ideas for another, but I might hold off. I'm not sure.

"One Universe" RPG SEASON III SIGN-UP FORM

Screen Name: Carnage27

Character you would like to play: Cletus Kasady

Powers: None

Brief biography of the character's history: Cletus Kasady is a notorious mass murderer and psychopath. By the time he was twenty he was convicted of eleven murders, but boasts that he has committed many more. Eventually he becomes bonded with the offspring of the Venom symbiote, becoming the super villain Carnage. As Carnage Kasady has superhuman strength, can stick to walls and shoot tendrils/projectiles, and can change his appendages into weapons such as axes. He -has also shown the ability to put thoughts into peoples head. Spiderman cannot sense Carnage with his spider sense, so Kasady posses a huge threat to the wall-crawler. Carnage's main goal is to create a society with now laws, where people can do what they want, when they want.

List a few reasons why you have chosen that character: The OU could use another mass murderer to keep up with Joker. Speaking of which, a Joker/Carnage version of Maximum Carnage would be pretty sweet.

What can you bring to this game?: Decent RPGer and a body count

Color and font you plan on using for your character's speech: Red Comic Sans/Thoughts/Carnage Speech/Carnage Toughts(I'm just preparing for the eventual obtaining of the symbiote)

How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG: As many as needed, and more than I have been lately.

Please provide a sample post with original content in the style that you plan to write your character in (must be at least 5 paragraphs long and contain at least 3 line of dialogue):

New York City

It's cold tonight. Too cold to sleep on the streets.

I walk up to the door of the closest apartment building I see and open it. A young couple are surprised to see me walk through their door, and the man get's and confronts me.

"What do you think you're doin', buddy?"

"Well it's freakin freezing out there, and I'm staying here tonight," I respond with the same chill in my voice as the wind outside.

"Oh yea, well unfortunately for you, there are laws bu," before he can finish, theres a knife sticking out of the back of his throat. The woman screams as I rip the knife out of her boyfriend, husband, what do I care. Within seconds she's dead along with him.

How many does that make? Thirty murders? Forty? Hell I don't remember. After a while they all become a big red blur of adrenaline and pleasure. Hehe, I love how he talks about laws. The only law that matters is what a man can do. People just need to realize it.

I take my time painting the word "carnage" on their living room wall with their blood, and then head up to the bedroom. I hop into bed and take my teddy bear out.

"Oh, yea this is much better."

I fall asleep and dream of the chaos that this world should be in.

With Venom pretty much having yet to make his presence known, I'm a bit leary on approving Kasady. Unless you're fine with waiting a while before becoming Carnage, and keeping him a normal psycho for a while (ala what Soze is doing with Dent).

Yea that's what I'm gonna go with. I'm fine with just being a lunatic for a while. He's not a very deep character in the comics, but I'd like to develop him into one.

Yea you had NPCed him in your Scarecrow post. Thanks for reminding me. I was going to have him start in Ravencroft, but Arkham works just as well.

Yeah, I'm just keeping Harvey Dent as a normal psycho right now.

Same as it usually is. If it's more than 14 days, your character is up for grabs. More than a month, you're off the roster.
