Read Rogue War and you'd see how awesome they all are. From coke snorting Mirror Master, to the pyro Heatwave, heck even to that brother mudering (allegedly) criminal Weather Wizard. They're all good characters

Yeah the marvel boomerang was kinda a joke more often then not I'm not even sure he's even still around. Alot of those older villains just have kinda fallen to nowhere.

Marvel's Boomerang failed because he was a gimmicky Bullseye - and not even a threatening one at that.

Gimmicks don't work well unless you're a Bat-Rogue. And even they were failing for a while until people like Millar gave them more depth.

Yea, honestly the only reason I did it a lot today is because I had the day off and none of my friends did. So yea, a lot of free time. I'll be paced from now on. Thanks for the tip though.

Besides I think I changed my mind. Otto is going to get out of Gotham as quick as possible. You know it isn't good to stay in the city which you just escaped a mental institution while simultaneously freeing fellow inmates.

As a matter of fact he's leaving the east coast all together. Gotham is on the east coast in OU right?

The Flash rogue gallery can hit pretty decent sometimes just depends on the incarnation of the char. At the same time though most of the gimmicked villains like Capt. Boomerang and the original Trickster, I loved it when he came back and beat on the teen kid lol, are normally very geared towards the hero they will be going after.
