The movie will open with the Bane escape scene. Meanwhile back in Gotham Bruce Wayne will have stopped being Batman due to Gotham's relative safety, and the city's hate for him. Additionally, I believe the fall that killed Two-face will have fractured Batman's spine making him have to walk with a cane. During the party shown in the trailer Bane, and his men will begin to round up Gotham's wealthy citizens, and Batman will retreat to the Bat Cave where he is confronted by Bane(ala the trailer), and Bane will easily defeat Batman due to his existing injuries from the fall plus he's been out of practice(this is where Bane will fracture Batmans cowl). Bane will then throw Bruce into a prison aptly named the Lazarus Pit(it's the big hole) that no one can escape. Here in the Lazarus pit Batman will recover from his injuries(clever Nolan), and eventually escape. Eventually Bane will give his speech at the courthouse revealing Dent killed the 5 people hoping to crush their spirits, but renewing the people's faith in the Batman. Bruce having healed from his injuries will return as Batman taking on Bane for the finale.
Some things I don't quite have a grasp on though...
-I suspect Catwoman will have been hired by Bane, much like the Scarecrow was hired by Ras, in order to infiltrate Wayne Manor, and gain access to the Bat Cave. I also suspect she will hate Bruce, but admire Batman thus turning on Bane after he seemingly kills him.
-Like many others I believe Tate to be Talia, and she is somehow pulling the strings.
-As for the Gordon hospital scene, I think it takes place after Gordon has been shot/injured by Bane, and after Bruce has escaped from the Lazarus Pit, but is undecided about bringing Batman back.
-I also assume Lucius Fox will be killed by Bane(somebody has to die), and obtain the Tumblers.
-I think Bane will have a personal vendetta against Bruce because he was trained by Ras prior to Bruce's training.
