I saw FF, it's pretty entertaining I'll give it that much.

I saw Ant-Man three times, 9/10. I'd definitely recommend you check it out, Daltonio.

Fantastic Four was somewhat entretaining, but hey, i´m not that critical with movies, it feels like a Sci-Fi movie that doesn´t want nothing to do with fantastic four and that´s where the movie fails, they don´t want to be the fantastic four but they had to do a movie about them so they didn´t make an effort to do it fun or comic accurate, ...i liked the movie until the point where they go to "Planet Zero" and then they get their powers but they didn´t know what to do next or they didn´t want to think anything creative or exiting to do and it shows with how rushed the climax was and the runtime of the final act...
Spoliers...[BLACKOUT]they just skip the entire training and them learning how to do the powers or what did Doom do after he was on "Planet Zero" and go straight forward on them using their powers for 5-10 minutes and Doom coming back to earth just to simply go back to "Planet Zero"...why come back with the crew? and then he wants to make it his world? why? there is not motivation shown here other than "I hate the world and the goverment"...maybe i missed it, but yeah then they go back to the other dimention without any protection to have the obligatory "final battle" that is short as hell and unimaginative as hell... Doom reminds me of Harry Goblin in TASM2, he appears last minute to have an obligatory but short fight , gets defeated and the movie simply ends...but hey i liked TASM2 because at least it had more action and was a little bit more comic accurate than this movie and yeah the cut out of the final line of the team´s name totally forced... 5.5/10

Despite the reviews, I'm still planning on going out to see Fantastic Four one of these days (and I'm the guy who still hasn't watched AoU or Ant-Man).

I was maybe going to see FF but after reviews will want for redbox. It is rare that I don't like a movie I see and there are a lot of movies bad/ok reviews I love but it sounds like the movie is not just bad but really really bad like catwoman bad so I am sure I wouldn't like it. Ant-man was ok the funniest CBM I have ever seen but not much else. AOU I think was better then Avengers funnier and better action but I also think the first avengers movie while good is very overrated movie.

Some times for me I don't care for reviews for films. But in ff case. As I already didn't like how film was shaping up or the trailers. And then reviews talking of things I was already not liking and concerns on I am so not wasting my hard earn money in it.

I haven't seen AoU, Ant-Man, or Fant4stic and probably won't until they come out on DVD/Blu-ray.

I'll pick up AoU and Ant-Man, and wait for Fant4stic to pop up on Netflix.

Or just don't see it ever.

I regret it so much.

I'll eventually watch F4, I watch all CBMs...I still want to at least form my own opinion about all the details. I may regret it too but when I do finally see the movie, it won't be on my dime.

Well, I'm curious as to how the final act plays out after hearing that it's so drastically different than everything else in the film. :oldrazz:

I thought Ant-Man was just satisfactory. It was a good movie but that's all. Nothing about it made me go "Wow" except the Quantum Realm. Didn't really leave a big impression on me.

Ya even the crap films I tend to get curious and see it at some time. But the hood ones I will see in theaters and buy the blurays.

Also looks like internationally it also not doing well.

Yeah, Ant-Man is in the same category with the first Thor and CA films--all enjoyable but no 'wow' factor. IM and GotG are in another class. Hopefully Ant-Man's sequel can join the upper ranks with the likes of CA:TWS. Makes me wonder where SM-2017 will end up. I'd love to see it right up there on the same level as IM--and imo it really needs to be.

Same here (Well, except for the not seeing the MCU films) I was planning on seeing F4 this weekend with some friends, but they wound up choosing Vacation instead. Coming from that, I'm a little more optimistic about the writers' abilities to handle Spidey. I didn't think it was nearly as bad as the reviews made it out to be.

I thought GotG is fun, not WOW fun, but fun.
More fun than Thor, that's for sure.

I think I might find Ant-Man somewhere in between.

Happy birthday spidey!!!!

I saw Fantastic Four the other day and surprisingly did not hate it. Overall, it was a pretty decent film. The gaping flaw in it is, of course, the runtime and the extremely rushed final act. I mean, with 20 more minutes which includes a little more of Doom's backstory and an extra action sequence here and there, this could have been a very good movie.

I liked the fact that they did not rush the origin stories of the characters. However, Jordan's take was a notch below Evans's, who imo really embodied the spirit of the Human Torch in both the Story movies.

Overall, I'd give it a 6-6.5/10.

For me I just see nothing that looks or sounds good of that film for me to waste ny money on that dreck.
