Like CaptainWagner said, we have had some rough spots. Like a month prior to TASM2 release, things got really heated that the Mods had to close the general discussion thread haha.

You guys remember when the user Real Iron Man left right after seeing The Amazing Spiderman saying "it was.... really bad. Like, green lantern bad ". For people who didnt really like Raimi's direction, seeing that The Amazing Spider-man reboot, a chance to do the character much better, was even worse than Raimi Spiderman movies really was a punch to the gut. For a while I tricked myself to loving it, having to argue to myself why it's brilliant after every gringe-enducing scene

Thank god for this new chance we're getting... I just hope that this time, if we get a villain like Lizard, they will make it look ferocious instead of giving it a smooth edged puffy lip'd monkey face with bright human eyes to "show the humanity of the character". Connors is the humanity, the Lizard is the opposite

Oh yeah, I remember that guy, he was here when I was a Hype pup.
I like all 5 movies, I'd give none of them 9/10 on the joy meter (except the first Raimi movie).

Not sure I will be willing to give the new movie a chance to prove itself, especially with Marvel Studios not taking good care of presenting their villains on film, except for Loki, and Obidiah.

Universal did a good job with Abomination.

It's not cannon to 616, it's one of those PSA's.
Some guy named Kip Wetscott molested 12 years old Peter Parker, showed him magazines of sexual content, and said to Pete "What do you say we do that, huh buddy?".

Ever heard about the in continuity issue of Hulk with a similar story?
In one of Giant Sized Hulk issue a couple of guys in the same building Bruce Banner was in tried to rape him in the bathroom, he scared them off by saying he is the Hulk, and then went out after scaring the two, and Hulked out.

For marvel I like pretty much them all but I only read the spider books and did before the marvel now era the avenger book spidey was on. But now just the spider books. As their is far to many x and avengers books. And with books at 4 dollars a pop.
