I think Gerald Butler could pull it off. He's my choice as well.

He's a bad ass and is starting to get offered more action roles now after 300 came out. And he seems like he could do more than yell "This is Sparta!" Don't forget, he was also the Phantom of the opera.

He could also make a good Jigsaw if Tom Jane did come back.

I don't understand what you mean by that. No comic hero except for maybe guys like Green Lantern has never been 5 different guys but people still recast them all the time.

Tom Jane doesn't own the role. If he doesn't come back and they find someone who suits the role and the style of the film and there is a good script, it would work fine. Although Gerald Butler would be hard to get, he'd still kick ass.
