Superman Returns Plane Speculation . . .

SR must have the most exciting action sequences of this year, and one of them is plane sequence.

i really want to see Superman struggle with the plane (i'm sure this has been brought up a kergillion times, but) like Spider-Man did with the subway train in Spider-Man 2 (only with better acting)

i know he's strong and all, but i want to see him give everything he's got at least once in this movie.

^^

Indeed you shall, he does struggle with the plane as it statrs its downward spiral..he flys in front of the plane..he pushes with so much power the front of the plane begins the dent.

Exactly, when the say "plane sequence", they are starting the 20 minutes from the moment the passengers are waiting to get on the plane up until Superman lands it at "Metropolis Met's" Stadium.

Uh, explain.

I figure if there is a plane/spacecraft of some sort piggybacking the 777 or w/e plane it is, something will happen to where Superman has to save both planes.

What i read was the shuttle i susccessfully launched, but it messes up thre plane

really??bit of confusion here ,on wheather he saves 1 or 2 planes.:supes:

^ Oh, I see. The shuttle launch causes a malfunction in the plane that is carrying it. The shuttle makes it but the plane begins to crash, right?

I suppose so.I was thinking he had to save them both, but I guess not.

That makes sense. In STM, the helicopter scene was great--holding it with one hand--imagine how much better this is going to be with updated fx! Really looking forward to this.

I don`t know if you guys read this or not but the Script magazine has an interview with Dan Harris and Mike Dougherty and they confirm that Superman will have to save BOTH the 777 jet and the Virgin Galactic Spacecraft.

Wow! He could throw the spacecraft into orbit since it's construction would support that, which would buy him time to safely land the 777 and then return to orbit to save the spacecraft.

Bet ya a million that's what he does.

I sure hope this is true.....we haven't had a HINT of the action sequences. I like how they're keeping this under such tight wraps.

ITS TRUE. ITS confirmed by the writers of the movie. They also say that another good action sequence involves a Bark Robbery/Machine gun/Bullet in the eye we all heard about. Doenst mention anything about the 3rd act of the movie.

wow, this movie is sooo gonna rock.I'll prolly pull the armrests off my thearter seat in excitement.
