Swinging should be secondary. The gameplay itself should be more...la parkour style. The Prince of Persia games, Assasin's Creed, that kind of deal. The grapnel should be a helper for parts too far or impossible to reach. He has to stay on the rooftops somehow. Imagine this guy running on rooftops and flipping and cartwheeling accross and swing on poles and clotheslines. Sliding down ladders on the side of buildings.

Free roam would be great if they could work it enough so you can stop street crime. A more straightforward story like The Punisher's game would be great too but free roam is always the ideal for any game, imo. With today's technology you can even download more missions/storylines, etc...Great, now I'm thinking about that Marvel online game again.

i remember the one that was annouced a few years ago, ads in comics and release dates and everything, then it was canned

all i have is that crap for the GBA, which isn't in anyway good. i'm also slightly pissed that you have to unlock DD in MUA...

Daredevil's awesome, but I disagree.

Although it would be sweet for DD to have his own game, Marvel would most likely sell the rights to another game company to make it. Which means there would be no DD for another MUA.

I've seriously been dying for a great daredevil game for such a long time. I wrote a big what-I-want down in another thread for a DD game. but like those pictures posted earlier (about the best pose ever) ... thats exactly the refence I want. the city to be greyed out like that with the red really popping. great use of radar sense and senses to track and find people, parkour-style moving around, great fighting, limited city to just Hells Kitchen means it can be a LOT more detailed and have lots of interiors like bars... maybe sometime in my lifetime

Man. The gameplay/mechanics look awesome.
Too bad the graphics were all s**tty. They could have worked on that though...They should start again and put it on the 360.

If I made a DD game, I wouldn't wuss out and make the senses an option, They Would BE THE CONSTANT in-game graphics.

That would allow for a truer DD experience, and make a more visually distinct game. Imagine only seeing things that make sound, with the visuals vibration towards DD.

Any normal texture mapping or visuals would be added as an option upon completion.
