Anyone have one of those days when you come close to not going into work because you got your days mixed up?

My alarm goes off at 9pm tonight and I only have it set for my work days. I've been up since like 6am. Did some laundry and other chores, called some friends, caught up on some shows. I was starting to get ready to go to sleep when the alarm rings. I mean... I literally thought it was Wed. night. I would have been dead asleep if the alarm had'nt gone off.

I often stay awake for about 36 hours straight, and then sleep for 12 hours. I do that about once a week. I'm not the person to give advice on sleeping patterns. Or anything about living as a responsible adult, really.
