Perhaps it's just my imagination, but look closely at the inside of Venom's elbows. The part where the raised webbing gets all twisty and insane? It looks very much like the end of the teaser trailer, where the number three appeared above some twisty grey raised webbing on a black suit. I don't have a screenshot available of that logo, but (to me at least) it looks strikingly similar to Venom's arm. Could that have been our first look at Venom, without us knowing? And might that be some confirmation that this is indeed real?

Good Lord, that´s why studios often ignore fanboys... here´s a design that perfectly captures the look of Venom and it gets booed over a frikking patch on his hand - which is not necessary anyway cuz there aren´t webshooters in the movie franchise, Spidey didn´t need the patch on the black costume, neither does Venom...

look at ultimate symbiote spidey, he had patches but he shot his symbiote-esque webbing from his fingertips.

the patch is a costume design part, it's as important as the white spider on venom's costume.

spidey's and venom's costumes are completely different, spidey's is a variation of his old one which didn't have a white patch on his hands. If he was to wear his original costume, i would say the same thing (actually i did when someone did a manip of the costume and failed to put it on and also failed to join the front and back spiders together).

i say if you are going to do something, you might as well do it correctly/accurately.

double booo, it's not likeit would take anything more than a milisecond's appreciation.

Those are designs by Eddie Holly for official SM3 apparel. He did them for Mad Engine. I think they will be available there.

I am pretty sure Vemon has five fingers, whereas the pinky on the right hand is hidden behind the forth finger.

Note that the logo on Venom's chest is totally different compared with the logo on Symbiote Spider-Man's chest.

That's the point

The Symbiote spider symbol for spidey is smaller and is similar to Spidey's Red & Blue tights. Where as Venom's is a much bigger and more a black Widow spider symbol .

does the anatomy seem off to anyone? given the position he's in it seems like too much of the logo is visible on the left side of the photo (i.e. Venom's right side), or at the very least it's too flat.

he's missing a finger. That's all I noticed
