At last I have seen Far From Home, and can contribute to the discussion.

My top 5:

1. Captain America: Civil War
2. Captain America: The Winter Soldier
3. Guardians of the Galaxy vol 1.
4.Avengers: infinity War
5. Thor: Ragnarok

The rest fall into line from there, Endgame is probably around 7 or so. Down the bottom are

I put Iron Man around 8 (Dr Strange at 9) , but Iron Man 2 and 3 dead last, as the worst MCU films (by quite a bit) I say that Iron Man 2 and 3 are actually bad films, Iron Man 2 being rubbish and Iron Man 3 being rage-inducing - whereas everything else is pretty good.

The Ant Man films are close to the bottom - not bad films but forgettable.

Far From home fits somewhere in the middle of the list. It's a respectable and fun film - I enjoyed it and I like Tom Holland as Spider Man, but there was nothing in it that's going to stay with me for long. I would probably put it .below Homecoming (even though it's a level up in terms of effects) because the story is a bit ridiculous, Mysterio isn't as good a villain (he's not bad, but not as good as the Vulture) and while the kids are fun, the twist with Vulture being Liz's dad was great and sadly FFH doesn't have anything like that - I mean, Mysterio turning out to be the viillain isn't really a twist because anyone who's read more than one or 2 issues of Spider Man is going to see it coming a mile away.

So, not up to the high standard of the best of the MCU but that's saying a lot - even a mediocre MCU film is pretty darn good.

7) Thor Ragnarok (After 2 movies I barely rewatched, comes the best Hulk movie ever!)
8) Avengers (Nothing has ever touched the first scene of everyone together in any other team movie)
9) Captain America Civil War (Spider-man AND Black Panther show up here...and it's awesome)

11) Ant-Man (FUNNIEST Marvel movie ever)

23) Captain Marvel (Watch Brie Larson ignore her acting skills to come off as wooden as possible! Watch Nick Fury lose to EVERYONE he fights! Watch him lose his eye to a cuddly alien creature instead of the front line of a war, or Wolverine, or any other way he lost is before! But stay for the genuinely awesome soundtrack and one of the BEST Stan Lee cameos ever! For the record, I like the movie just fine, but it's still my least favorite film. She was far cooler in Endgame!)
