One of the most underrated scores imo is Carlo Siliotto's work on the 2004 Punisher movie.

John Ottman's score for the X-Men and the Fantastic 4 are good. I really liked when they incorporated Time in the Bottle and Sweet Dreams.

The use of Evanescence songs in Daredevil was great.

I'm a big fan of the Daredevil soundtrack, whether it's the Graeme Revell score (it has a very Thomas Newman feel to it) or the alt-rock songs that pop up here and there (Evanescence, Seether, Hoobastank, Moby...).

It was actually, Lorne Balfe made an epic score for a meh movie.

I always enjoyed Christopher Young’s score for SM-3, even though it was chopped to pieces and replaced with Elfman’s material in some places. He recorded a lot of material that went unused in the film, like a new Peter/MJ theme and an end credits suite.

I love John Ottman’s work in the X-Men films, but especially the Days of Future Past soundtrack.

Love “I Have Faith in You” and “Hope (Xavier’s theme)”, and obviously the X-Men theme in the title tracks, but you get Jim Croce & Roberta Flack needle drops too.
