The Amazing Spider-Man 2 power plant vs train?

So the train fight form sm 2 was such a great fight the best fight in a CBM ever and the CGI still looks good. I was very impressed with the power plant fight in asm2 though and in 3d I think it is close to being has good has the train fight for the best fight. So my question is who thinks the power plant fight is almost has good has the train fight?

Well the powerplant fight was filled with cheese (itsy bitsy spider, "Gwen do it NOWWWWWWWWWWWWwwwwWWW" Aunt May's cornball everything's okay reaction to the power coming back) and it was filled with some terrible, terrible CGI. Especially when swinging through the city. Oh and the goofy bit with Electro's dumb face on the building. It felt like a ridculous ride at Six Flags. Just over-the-top stupid.

Train fight was classy and great filmmaking.
