Don't forget Patenting the Wii's controllers capabilities after Nintendo, calling it there own, and then saying that they set the standard for gaming controls and that everyone copies them.

I'm hesitant to say they ripped off of Wii, because really it's more of a rip-off of Kirby Tilt-n-Tumble, as the PS3 controller doesn't sense the controller in a 3d environment like the Wii one does. The PS3 controller doesn't have nearly as much functionality as the Wii controller.

Nintendo has always been the most creative of the three so I'm inclined to agree. I mean...look at that controller...it borders between brilliant and what the ****. Beautiful
