I found most of the season annoying with Shawn's overly exaggerated antics. Don't get me wrong, I like goofy Shawn but he seems to be going way overboard which took me out of the show.
But the season finale was awesome! It went back to the humor it had in the past and the quality the show is capable of. Everything worked in this episode, from the acting to the story, and the development. It should be noted that James Roday not only directed this episode but he also co-wrote it, and he did a fantastic job.
I'm sad [BLACKOUT]to see Abigail go.[/BLACKOUT] I thought she was good in the show and nice to look at also.
I was somewhat confused by the ending though. It looked like that was [BLACKOUT]Shawn[/BLACKOUT] in the picture with Yang. If that is the case then what is his connection to Yang and who the hell is Yin?
I was also wondering why isn't Shawn's mom in any of the flashbacks? Did his parent's get divorced when he was very young or is there something else?

Could Shawn be Yang's son and Yin is his stepsister (I'm saying sister to continue with the duality theme)?

and would have been a great semi recurring character.
