Tonight was hillarious. Shawn and Gus fighting over the nitrous cracked me up. Though I wish they'd stop dumbing Shawn down. Especially this season. Even assuming he did not know it was the break line, are telling Are you telling me that someone who is hyper observant and all around brilliant wouldn't realize that cutting a car's pipe is a bad idea? Still, that's a minor complaint. Its not nearly as bad as what they did to Monk.

That's the one thing that has kept me from loving this show and just liking it. It started last season and it is really bad this season. I also don't like that the whole psychic thing is just a gag now. He doesn't even pretend to gain information with his "psychic" ability to show the cops. He is more like Inspector Gadget or Maxwell Smart or Clouseau, where he fumbles through the mystery with minimal detective work.

I for one don't like the direction of the show. It has funny one liners and moments but compared to the first two seasons the current season is a pale comparison.

Tonight was a-****ing-mazing. Weathers and Devane were hillarious. Shawn was actually on form and not dumbed down. And the one liners were classic as were the way the actors played off of one another. GREAT episode. Classic Psych.

Such a great episode. Psych once again proves that its the best show on TV. 5 Seasons still going strong. Boone and Peters were great. I love the handshake/fist bump thing.

The extended intro was especially awesome. I was wondering when they'd do one again, and the montage of fist bumps was great.

Shawn has seemed exceptionally dumb this season, though. It's a shame. They really did a good job of portraying how good he was early on, but now when he figures stuff out it feels a bit pat.

I dont mind Shawn getting more dumb this season. It usually makes me laugh and dont initially notice it.

But I do miss Shawn having a vision and flailing about the room breaking printers, rubbing all over peole, etc

I miss Shawn's ridiculous visions too. I guess one could argue that he toned it down as with his record, it seems the police are more willing to take his word so he doesn't need the theatricality. Still, I miss his ridiculous visions. I personally love the one where he is trying to prove the actress did not kill herself so he did that ridiculous impromptu song and dance.

None the less, The Boone/Peters handshake was total win.

Yeah it was. Devane and Weathers killed the roles. As did Roday and Hill in playing off of them. Shawn and Gus' impressions of Boone and Peters were awesome. And when Boone was lecturing Gus about knowing how to crack locks and then offered to take him in at the end.... I ****ing lost it.

I also loved the Apollo Creed jokes. They were just subtle enough to be funny without going into overkill. It convinces me even more that USA needs to get Billy Dee Williams to appear on Psych when he finishes filming White Collar. Lando on Psych would just be all kinds of win.
