Yeah it was. Devane and Weathers killed the roles. As did Roday and Hill in playing off of them. Shawn and Gus' impressions of Boone and Peters were awesome. And when Boone was lecturing Gus about knowing how to crack locks and then offered to take him in at the end.... I ****ing lost it.

I also loved the Apollo Creed jokes. They were just subtle enough to be funny without going into overkill. It convinces me even more that USA needs to get Billy Dee Williams to appear on Psych when he finishes filming White Collar. Lando on Psych would just be all kinds of win.

Mother****ing BILLY DEE LANDO WILLIAMS ON PSYCH?! Idea of the century!

Loved this episode. Lots of more subtle pieces of humor to extreme gut busting ones.

This episode may not be as good as last week, but Chi McBride is amazingly funny.

Yeah I thought the ep was kin dof weak by Psych standards. Still kicks ass than alot of other shows though.
Chi McBride is a really good actor. I like his work, he's mostly very authoritative but can come off as funny.

I didnt laugh as much, but I did like how they flipped the script a little with this ep with Chi McBride's character [BLACKOUT]Starting good, becoming criminal, but in the end becoming good[/BLACKOUT]
Usually Psych is pretty black and white about who ends up being the criminal and who are the good guys. I liked that little twist.
I also liked how they didnt set the whole episode on the boat. I thought thats what we were in for

Also was it me or was that Juliet-McBride "dime piece" scene really...off

"Off" in the sense that Chi McBride's character came off really creepy and I can't believe any woman would've taken that as a compliment? Yes.

I love that we got the extended intro again. It's great because it includes Gus' crab-walk from when they were attempting (badly) to sneak into the police station in one episode.

New Li'l Shawn was weird. It's gonna take some time to get used to him.

Haha, you're right, he did. He totally slipped into Gus' "smooth-talker" mode. It's almost exactly the same way Gus got whenever that uber-geek's hot wife was around a couple episodes ago, only Craig was better at it (in spite of being creepier as well).

ya know, I think what makes the show work so well is that it really forces you to focus on every little thing said...because the jokes come at you really quick. I like that. It isn't so much beating you over the head with the joke. It's more like you some of the jokes you are like "...what? ....Oh..HAHAH!!!"

Yeah, that's gonna cause problems. Although, to be fair, I totally thought they'd just bite the bullet and finally put Jules and Shawn together this season. This was a pretty interesting way to avoid that for another season or so.

If Shawn revealed himself, the show would be over. And that would suck.

Hell, in the series finale, I don't think he should even reveal himself.
