Kryptonite can overcome Superman, humans cannot.

I hate to say this, but it really depends on which Batman we're talking about.
If you're talking about some of the early Batmans and Michael Keaton, than I say Punisher wins for sure....
But if you're talking about the more recent Batmans and Christian Bale, Batman would probably win.
