I think this film will be miles better than the flawed 04 version Ray Stevenson looks the part and sounds like he understands the character. I dont think we would ever have gotten a good sequel with Jane - it would just have been ok like the last one - this new one could really kick ass! Im looking foward to this...

I know who Jigsaw is, thanks anyway. What I meant is who's going to be cast as Jigsaw in the movie. I thought for sure we would at least have some good rumours on who's been offered the role by now.

I also want to know who's playing him. We did get a rumor that they were considering Robert Knepper and I think its likely since they seem to be casting all television actors. Probably cause they're cheaper.

Pearce wouldn't be bad, but I get the impression that the only director who could get Pearce remotely interested in a comic book film (especially since '04 wasn't exactly gold in the eyes of most non-Punisher fans) is someone like Chris Nolan. Short of that, I wouldn't hold my breath for Pearce being cast.

I think Cole Hauser could be a ok choice to play the part of Jigsaw.
