Question about vodka.

Never heard of ketchup bottles.

okay, so i have a small ketchup bottle of smirnoff vodka stashed in my closet (18, can't legally drink yet). so the question is, since it's been stashed there for over a month, will it go bad?

I should sample it to find out.

well the thing is, i was down the shore with friends and we didn't get to drink all of the amount of liquor we had, so i decided to take home some of the leftover vodka. i didn't have room in my suitcase for the bottle and i only had room for the ketchup bottle.

and yes, i cleaned out the bottle.

I doubt the vodka would go bad. If you hadn't washed the ketchup bottle, it would taste like ketchup, but it wouldn't be "bad."

Alcohol does a pretty good job at killing cells. Depends on what proof it is, though. I work in a lab and we use the equivalent of 140 proof vodka to sterilize our bench space.
