If it was a one night stand, a missing boobie might freak me out a little if I wasn't forewarned, but my wife/longterm girlfriend? Love conquers all baby!! Any guy who'd leave has some serious issues.

Cosmetically enhanced/corrected breasts feel just like normal breasts as long as they're done correctly and not over/under filled.

Then, if the woman chooses, they can construct a nipple. Some women also choose to have a nipple tattooed on.

I haven't studied my mother nude (*shudder*), but from what I've seen, her reconstructed breast looks just fine.

Cheers Pickles, I was curious from the standpoint of what options the woman had, b/c say the man does the right thing and the love overrides, there is still the fact that the lady herself will most likely have difficulty coming to terms with the loss of a breast and i am glad there are positive options available.

My wife would often joke that having the reconstructive surgery afterwards was necessary from a safety standpoint because if she didn't, she constantly walk in circles because one side of her body weighed more. t:

She had a wonderful surgeon for the breast reconstruction surgery and it's almost unnoticable now.

Regardless of her being wife or girlfriend I would stay. It's not as if a woman would have any control over a situation like this so I would not be able to look myself in the mirror if I dumped someone because of that.
