Question on "Reflection Scene"

I remember reading here that the "reflection scene" from the teaser was not going to be in the movie. Yet not only was it in the trailer but there were some extended shots of the scene with him bouncing off that same building.

Was the news about the scene not being in the movie from an "insider"? Obviously, we haven't seen the movie yet to know for sure but with the other shots of him being on that building it seems like it will be in the movie.

Anyone else remember hearing that? Is it important if the info came from an insider? Cause then it would make other "inside" info doubtful.

when they said it was made for the teaser only they probably meant that the reflection wouldn't be the red and blue costume in the movie, it's gonna be spidey looking at his reflection of the symbiote suit.

i think the reflection i not red and blue- the suit doesnt look like that. the blue is more darker at night scenes.

It was said that this scene would in the movie but altered in some manner... So it's a sure bet that in the movie the reflection will just show Spidey in the black suit.

Don't remember who exactly said the above though... Could be Grant Curtis... Could be Sam Raimi himself...
But the conclusion is pretty obvious.
