The perfect scene?

yea that was a great seen

for a superman movie spideys not supposed to be loved by erybody in town they messed that up completety come on spidey day wtf

i loved when spidey was fighting sandman in the black suit nice tension between the two

The idea of the Spider man day scene as a whole is meh. But I like all the parts with the characters. Between Eddie and Gwen, Pete and MJ and especially Harry and MJ. MJ is actually MJ in this scene, what with her covering up her inner misery. MJ and Harry together in this movie have more chemistry than MJ and Peter.

Also the scene in the restaurant. It has humor, drama and Bruce Cambell. And it all flows pretty nicely, with is rare in this movie.

And of course the Birth of the Sandman scene.

All the fights are great, but most are too short and don't have enough buildup. And everything with the Symbiot is just sort of off. I think he's dark enough (he throws a grenade at his friends face without any remorse) but they just didn't explain the symbiote well enough to really get a good sense of what was going on.

What I mean by greatest is that because Venom is so very popular(granted their are those who don't like him,but he is the most well known and popular marvel villain ever)and to finally see that moment play out on screen is just incredible. One of the true high points in cinema for us fanboys.:sym:

I know what you mean, and i do absolutely LOVE that scene, specifically the part were Peter bumps into the bell and the Symbiote goes temporarily ape****.

That scene gives me goosebumps every time and i do love it, the symbiote storyline as a whole was very dissapointing.

i did like that scene too...the only thing i would have changed about it is what has already been said...showing a little more of the black suits strength.

like, the part where he stands up and flips off the building, it wouldve been nice to see him bust out a mad sprint for a few yards, straight up, and THEN jump off.

Yeah,I don't think that regular movie goers understood,or knew, that the suit enhances Peter's strength and abilities. It would've been nice when after he swings down from one building and lands on top of another,he says something like,"Wow! I could never jump THAT far and swing THAT fast! This suit...it makes me feel, stronger, quicker. I feel it's power!"
Or something along those lines.

Sandman's birth. Music, tone, emotion, it was all just as close to perfect as the film ever got.

Honourable mention to from when Pete smakes MJ, to the birth of Venom. As a huge Venom fanboy I'd pretty much been waiting for that for over a decade. I wasn't dissapointed with that scene in fact as a Venom origin scene it's perfect.

Yeah, that was a great scene.

Same here, except the decade thing; I was only 5 a decade ago.
By the way, that avatar is awesome.

Yeah, the Sandman birth was great!

Other than that I would probably have to say the birth of Venom. Most of the fights in Spider-Man 3 didn't excite me as much as the ones in Spider-Man 2 with Dr. Octopus.

I have to say...there were perfect scenes in this film. It was just such a horrible film otherwise that the great scenes elevated it to merely okay. Like the "Mmm...strawberries" scene or the birth of the Sandman or the Harry vs. Peter fights.

Agreed, that was one part of the movie were i was completely enthralled, not thinking about what they got wrong or what i didnt like, those particular 10-15 mins hit the mood that the rest of the movie should have IMO.

Agreed once again, the fights with Doc Ock in Spidey 2 were superior to the fights in Spidey 3 in every way, I liked the fights in Spidey 3, but considering the budget, not to mention the 3 year gap in between the movies to think of something truly amazing, it was dissapointing watching the fights in Spidey 3 for the first time.

Though in truth, the battle royale, and Symbiote Spiderman vs Sandman fight scene's have grown on me greatly since the cinema.
