Clayface, yes. Ra's in fact IS dead in the comics (and cremated, he ain't coming back). Bane is only on steroids, take away his venom and he's just a body builder. Mr. Freeze has NO powers at all, just a freeze gun (you people seem to be getting your information from The Batman, which is not a good source). Killer Croc is just a strong guy with a skin condition. Ivy yes, super powered.

Not anymore, that was only in Hush. Elliot and Riddler shot him full of drugs to do that. In Broken City, immediatly following Hush, he was back to normal.

oh yeah, I forgot about Harley...Poison Ivy shot her up with some crap to improve her physical dexterity. That's why she can do all the above olympic level gymnastics she's known for. She's a VERY low level meta, sorta like Captain America.

Well, you can't dismiss Phospherous just because you don't like him. Then there is Charaxes, Manbat and Grundy, and digging a bit will turn up others, I'm sure.

Bane may have the venom but if you look at him the way he is in Knightfall, hes got some kind of power, I mean he is not as easy to defeat as the Batman and Robin version. Freeze may not be "powered" but I look at him like I do Green Goblin, a little accident and hes a little stronger. Goblin is nothing with out his toys and niether is Freeze. The suit provides sonme kind of superness( and I do indeed hate The Batman Series lol)I think Croc is pretty nuts and powered maybe nothing more than strength but, neither is the Lizard. My opinion

Charaxes was a low level crook who dressed up like a moth and basically got destroyed(he was on the Batman series if anyone actually watches that) and eventually he gets possessed if my Batmans Ultimate Guide knowledge is corect. Not 100%
