Ratatouille

Alright Mr. "I know everything".

Sorry but your post comes off as if you know every single trick of the trade whereas I am just waiting to see what happens.

I second that emotion - they are fantastic storytellers.

I have probably said this before but who cares...there was a person who kept complaining about Pixar's "muddled" and "confusing" films saying too many people end up working on them and therefore they become muddled pieces of crap...

Um...it works the other way...one person works on it it is crap - you have many people pitching in, it improves and becomes classic gold. For example, in Monsters, Inc., the scream machine Randall uses was apparently originally high-tech equipment, but one of the directors said that they made it from things you've seen in the fil before to keep the idea that Randall is doing this underground and unnoticed (that example is off the top of my head so please bear with me if it isn't 100%...)

People can be stupid sometimes, though...

That clip has me more convinced than ever that this will be one of the Pixar's best. Probably one of the best films of the year period. Love me some Remy already.

I love all of these Brad Bird features. I knew who he was before, but it's neat to hear him explaining the way he sees the movies.

I think this looks amazing, the 9 minute clips was stunning:up:

This is probably gonna end up being the best animated film of 07:up:

This is going to be great! Brad Bird is awesome, I loved The Incredibles.

I just hope this doesn't bomb like Flushed Away. Kids and critics dont seem to like rats anymore, but Ogres and dancing Penguins.

Thanx for the link hunter!:) While the trailer is great, I was hoping for a little more new footage:(

I don't know. The trailer didn't do anything for me. And Cars was pretty disappointing.

looks to be a fun movie, but i'm not sure if its something i'm willing to line up for. perhaps more for the DVD run.

New Poster:
There seems to be a surprising lack of hubbub surrounding Pixar's latest offering, the rodent-centric culinary comedy RATATOUILLE, which, by all accounts, seems like a relatively delicious slice of cinematic pie. So, consider this an attempt to add the requisite pizazz to the RATATOUILLE marketing proceedings. If you'll be so kind as to direct your attention to the right, if you haven't already done so, you'll notice a brand new international poster the folks over at Cinepop have landed. It doesn't quite match the amount of oomph this article is aspiring to but you'll hopefully nevertheless be appropriately jazzed to see an ambitious rodent with a spectacular cooking talent make it in the competitive world of French bistros.
