Justice League Ray Fisher Is Victor Stone/Cyborg

Ignore Fisher? It's that type of approach that keeps getting WB in trouble in the first place. They need to take the George Constanza route. Whatever impulse they have, do the opposite.
He’s not going to be happy with whatever they discover anyway.

I don't see this having a happy ending for anyone. It has become far too ugly at this point. But if it does help encourage other people fearful of their careers to speak up when they experience similar treatment, it could be worth it.

So how we've got Fisher making bias accusations and trying to control an investigation he isn't footing the bill on (which in itself is kind of laughable) and now also Momoa being vague. Same ****, different day?

The whole "started and then stopped an interview" thing is...if it were true, that would be major, but that usually just doesn't happen.

And now we're supposed to believe they leaked Ben Affleck coming back as Batman to deflect attention from this? When before their best effort was a fake Frosty announcement (that's also insane, it's like fanfiction here came true). Come on now.

He’s already made it very clear that he thinks the investigation is a sham.

Which is different than "he won't be happy with whatever they discover anyway." That makes it sound like there's no situation where he thinks things could be handled correctly. He's still fighting for a reason, no? Therefore he still believes things can turn out right. If they do turn out right (as far as he views it), then he would be happy. Ergo, there is a scenario where he could be happy with what they discover.

I’m not gonna lie, at this point I would love it if Whedon or Johns came out and told their side. Maybe theyre being advised to stay silent but if i were them i’d want my name cleared.

Maybe legally they can't! You don't hear Whedon talking either. It's a LEGAL investigations going on. I swear, some times people pick sides without hearing a thing. You guys want Fisher to talk but John's and Whedon are not either. Matter of fact, Team DC tried to swing a deal to get Fisher to drop John's out of this thing so SOMETHING must have happened.

Haven't picked a side. I literally just said "same ****, different day".

Pretty sure that on set abuse is a crime and not covered under NDAs.

Johns, Whedon and WB arent making any accusations, near as I can tell. In no way is the burden of proof of them in this matter.

But at this point Fisher’s allegations are affecting them. Whedon had to drop out of his comic con panel, Johns was nowhere to be seen at Fandome, Jason Mamoa refused to show up. Wasnt there some Q&A the other day that Johns was doing that got cancelled too? ( i could be wrong but i remmeber hearing something like that). Fisher is becoming an issue for the people he’s accusing. If it was really nothing but a young kid blowing smoke you’d think these guys would speak up to protect their name.

Could be as simple as every single of those guys being from a professional generation that largely grew up being taught "Don't defend every accusation made against you publicly, because you'll immediately look guilty. Don't dignify it with a response."

Whereas the social justice generation assumes that anyone who doesn't jump to defend themselves is guilty. It's a weird dynamic.

Johns was on his Stargirl panel with the cast on Saturday, I believe he was the moderator

He was also on the 3 Jokers panel as well. There was a lot of chatter on Twitter that there was a dedicated Geoff Johns panel that was cut after the controversy, but I've seen a lot of conflicting information about whether or not there ever really was one in the first place.

But regardless, yes, he was at Fandome.

He was at Fandome? Huh. I stand corrected then.

I don't mean you per say but it seems like most fanboys are picking sides and it's all Whedon and Johns though if you look at his history, Whedon has had a lot of his stars say things here and there about him so its not like he doesn't have a history. Most people have already made their minds up that Fisher is making this up even though signs point to the contrary but maybe they can't speak for legal reasons. Until the investigation is finished, he probably can't speak.

And that's what ray has said since the get go. That it's gonna be messy and hurt a lot of careers including his. But it seems like its the only way to have some sort of change.

Ray was pretty clear today lol, about Hamada’s conversation, and now people accusing Momoa of being vague? That’s what we said about Ray a month ago, look what’s happening lol. Don’t fire too many shots like Hamada did a few weeks ago, he looks like a huge embarrassment now. Has he denied the Frosty or Affleck thing yet?

That's what I'm saying. People are easy to dismiss Ray's accusations and saying he's to silent but Whedon hasn't said one thing about this. See the double standards? Whedon's silence speaks way more to me than Fisher's.............

To be fair, bald Whedon never spoke publicly after his ex wife spoke her mind about him either. Ray did mention that he did get a private call and apology by one of the involved in this whole mess. He didn't say who it was tho.

Different examples. One guy was silent from the start, the other is constantly tweeting stuff without getting into specifics. From what I've seen, I understand people are critical of him because he neither shares actual incidents nor he takes a step back until the investigation is actually over. And I can't say I totally disagree with them.

Seems like some folks just want him to be quiet unless he’s willing to give details. I find that to be super questionable.

Crazy how WB has gone to this length tho. From hit pieces, to releasing bs film news. Snyder must be smirking as he looks up on the screen of his cut. lawd.

Hamada, Bald Whedon, and Geoff must be doing this:

Why doesn't Fisher just hire his own investigative team if he doesn't trust WB?

Can’t imagine WB would let that fly. I think the only hope is Warner Media bringing in someone both parties can agree to move forward with.
