Ok, let's say that in OMD, Pete's ID becomes secret again.....
Won't he still be hunted down by Tony Stark?
In all respects, Pete would be a "new" superhero in town.
Nobody's seen him before or anything. (thats the way I see it)
Like all of a sudden, it's like Amazing Spider-Man #1 all over again, except the only thing different is that Pete knows everything and everyone, and has all this skill and experience from fighting all those years.

Peter has to go back in time to stop Aunt May from dieing. Now, Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Issue# 24 shows that Peter fails to save Aunt May because nobody can see or hear his current self. The next thing Peter will probably do is go back in time once again and erase the unmasking.

whoa thats a real good point wolvie2020. Your right, if they erase everything, then JMS's work is going to be completely null and void, all the stories he did will mean nothing. Why would he want to end his own run like that?

Here is the low down.

It's pretty much what we all suspected. The marriage will be erased from history due to a deal that is offered to Peter. He has to undone some points in history that led to the unmasking in order to save Aunt May. While he is pondering the ethics of the choice made to him, MJ secretly makes the deal for him. Because she was instrumental in his choice to unmask, she chooses to go back and never reveal she knew he was Spider-Man. This undoes the marriage. As a "gift" due to her bold choice, she is granted powers and becomes Jackpot. She is warned that if she reveals the past to Peter, who has no memory of it, then it will create a timeline shockwave. As a result, Peter is back to status quo, single and with a secret identity. Aunt May doesn't know who is either.
