Good call on whoever said Satan was Sams father. He was overly paternal in this episode too

And i like that Andi is in on the fold, it makes the show move at a much faster pace

I think that Andi knowing that Sam works for Satan has lost the suspense. Although the fact that she knows makes her and Sam closer.

i like it, puts her in greater danger and that whole bit where she feels a bit turned on about the spirits was lol-alicious

2 more hours for the left coast. Can't wait to see how that unraveled.

I've missed a LOT of episodes, there was something I was wondering about though. What happened to that girl Sam was dating, the one who seemed to be the Devil's daughter. What came out of that?

Ooh, ooh! *raises hand*

Maybe Sam is the The Devil's child? I mean, that can also explain why the dad is so nice to Sam. You wouldn't want to mess with the Dark Lord's son now, would you?

:woot:

It is still up in the air, but as of right now, all signs seem to be pointing that way.

Next weeks season finale looks to be good. I love this freakin' show. I'm glad that they're setting it up to replace Smallville. Smallville's starting to get really stale with their freaking idiot Clark, when Superman is supposed to have superior intellect. I want to be excited about Thursday evenings again.

She left town to visit her mom in New Mexico, after her and Sam decided to break up.

Ugh, I hope there's some sort of twist in the finale. This whole [blackout]son of the devil[/blackout] thing is so obvious and boring.

Quick question:-

[BLACKOUT]Would that make Sam 'Lucifer'? Not that I'm up on the lore or anything but I've never come across any other incarnations of the son of the Devil, well, other than Damien from the Omen films.[/BLACKOUT]

No, the devil himself is Lucifer. That was his name before being cast out of Heaven, according to some translations of the bible.

Good episode.

Does this mean [BLACKOUT]Sam has a demon form?[/BLACKOUT]
well assuming the speculation is correct about sam, then maybe or maybe no.

Heh, Sam, [blackout]The Anti-Christ.[/blackout] Awesome.

For no real reason, other than Ray Wise as the Devil is awesome, I've decided to post this badass pic:-

You gotta love that 1000 megawatt smile.

It's so obvious I'm thinking that he isn't. And with the way they've been revealing/exposing everything. One has to wonder. Do they have anything left for season 2 ?

I think he is, and the Devil's just gonna use him like he did before to take out the rebels.

Agreed.

Even though there is so much as far as character development and overall character charisma, there still is that freak of the week essence. I think Sam needs a rival other than the devil. Another reaper, an X-File style agent, or angel or something. If there are demons, they could dive further into occult topics.

Although Iwonder how Tony's friends are going to react to the big reveal.
Has it put a target on Sam's head, or will they take him in like Hellboy

so wait;
i know sam is the devils spawn, so does that make sam the antiChrist?

The antiChrist is devils spawn, but i dont know if every devils spawn is an antiChrist?

I mean the devil seems like the type who would lust after tons of women

good point;
either way w/sam being the devils kid... either way (anti christ or not) this is a big conflict and gonna take some time to develop...

i saw this coming when the devilseemed overly parental in the parking lot... and letting gladys free (showing mercy for sam)

the devil was acting way too paternal in the parking lot. Way more than usual

What if the whole thing is a ruse using Sam as bait to bring the rebels out. The devil knows Sam wont do anything immoral, but the devil can still manipulate Sam into playing a part just like the first time.

I guess I could swallow Sam as [blackout]the devil's son[/blackout] if he turns out to be the actual [blackout]Anti-Christ[/blackout]. That might be cool.

What if [blackout]Sam turns out to be the son of God? And the devil got control of his soul after birth so that God couldn't use Sam against him? Or is that too much?[/blackout]

It'd still be pretty crazy, no?
