Her character's kind of annoying to me. The switch from Sock trying to get in her pants to Sock actually becoming an overprotective brother figure could make their relationship less annoying in future episodes, though. Gotta wait and see.

Yeah, it's a rare thing when Sam has to go after a soul that was directly tricked by the devil. Usually, they're just people who did really bad things without any direct influence. Red was a genuinely good guy who just got duped into selling his soul.

I don't care what Ben thinks, Nina is SOOOOOO still trying to kill Sam!! Either that, or she's just really bad at being human at times. Can't drive, and stabs wildly at food during dinner.

I loved when she gave Ben the geode from Hell. "Don't sleep next to it, or it'll give you nightmares."

Me and my wife LITERALLY laughed ourselves dizzy, when Sam knocked himself out on the side of the boxing ring. I had to concentrate to stop myself from laughing. I don't remember the last time I've had to do that, it's been so long.

I liked the show a little better when Sam and whatever her name is weren't together....and have they even addressed if Sam has any abilities other than the ability to get knocked on his ass alot??

I think the Devil just hands abilities to Sam as he pleases. He's either been trying to get Sam killed, or severely testing Sam lately, so I guess he doesn't feel Sam should get an ability.

Although I believe that at some point, Sam will discover that he has latent abilities. He had to have inherited something from his father, no?

Keep in mind though that that was the pilot. Alot of things can change between a show's pilot and it's other episodes. For example the Work Bench looked completely different.

I really like Sam and Andi's relationship and I'm really looking forward to see what happens with Ben and that demon. But I see what you mean. I'm hoping they don't try and puss it up like most of CW's programing.

Sam and Andi getting together is one of the things I like about this show. Way to many series do the "Will they, won´t they" dance and I for one have become so sick of that BS that to finally have a show that doesn´t force season after season of that crap on viewers is a relief. TV shows need to stop fearing progression and let their characters grow naturally. By allowing them to get together the writers don´t have to waste a lot of screen time on the relationship and can instead focus on the plot.

Smallville is a prime example of a show that failed at this, the constant drama around the Clark/Lana relationship was killing the series and often turned other wise good episodes into a nearly painful experience to watch.

the fact that TV execs seem to think that just because you have male and female main characters means they eventually have to hook up....its ******** Shipper logic....its not like she's a main part of the show anyway....you see her at the start of the show, then in the middle when Sam and Sock are dealing with the problem, and then at the end....

Yeah, but the Andi and Sam thing was laidout in the pilot. Plus it's a show about 20-somethings, relationship stuff is bound to show up.

And like someone else said, at least they're not drawing it out like most shows do. The whole "will they or won't they thing" is only frustrating when it lasts multiple seasons. Reaper got it out of the way rather quickly.

another great episode. Not only is Sock's step sis is super hot but she also has a beautiful singing voice. Can't wait for next week.
