I want to see the REAL Venom in a future Spidey film. Not some skinny angst filled Venom who wears "nice and easy". I want a vicious, massive, vengeful Venom.
If they ever did adapt Death of Jean Dewolff, I've always had a feeling they'd replace sin-eater with a bigger villain. Shocker would be my pick.
Sin-Eater was pretty cool though
You're absolutely right. Webb wanted to have Connors' humanity shine through the Lizard, but the lizard persona should almost be like a demon possessing Connors
Oh yeah, he's gotta be a hulking monster, not a whiny guy in a black suit with essentially the same build as spiderman himself

So you want him to be Mark Zuckerberg?![]()

Even though I want Venom to be held off for a few films, I don't think he's engrained in the public's mind as much as Goblin. I think everyone knows who he is, but we haven't seen enough of him onscreen for it to be an issue, say, if Marvel decided to use him sooner than we think.
With them exploring the universe in Avengers/Thor/Guardians Of The Galaxy, it wouldn't surprise me if they went with Venom sooner rather than later.
But that would be entirely against Shocker's character. He's not a killer, and he's definately not the type of guy to go around on a high profile killing spree.^
Shocker could if they did the death of Jean DeWolff story and replaced Sin-Eater with Shocker.

It looks nothing like Doc Ock.

And yeah, we need Venom to get his due. And in the MCU, it would be much easier to pull off the alien symbiote, as they already have a vast, previously established, cosmic universe.
