I'd go cg with Thing ala Hulk. One of the numerous misfires they made in the two FF movies was the Things size. I mean he was the same size as everyone else when he should be at least a foot taller. Like Pierce for Reed.

Victor Garber or William Petersen as Dr. Franklin Storm

I would make Franklin a lot like Reed, suggesting that Sue fell for a guy like her Dad, while Johnny rebelled and became the opposite of his Dad.

Michael Chiklis and Doug jones were born to play the thing and silver surfer respectively...I would not want to recast them. But for the most part I like Jordacar

Love that choice. Watching BSG, especially how he's been dealing with the revelation he's a Cylon is riveting, and would be ideally suited for Ben.
