Nell2ThaIzzay said:So are you going to make 40 years worth of movies to incorporate every comic element ever into the movies? Cuz that's IMPOSSIBLE!
Comic book movies can't go on forever like comic books can. They are totally different types of storytelling.
Harry Potter books, like the movies, are individual, self contained stories. It's much easier to make 8 Harry Potter movies based on the books than it is to make an X-Men movie every month to coincide with a new comic book...

'X' FACTOR:Spending on "X-Men 3," and "The Little Mermaid" totaled $80 million Tuesday, making making it the biggest fourth-quarter opening day in the history of home video.

I am confude but didn't X2 sell more than 3 million copies on first day!!
I don't know man.
I am hoping X3 can do $150+ million in DVD sales and $40+ in rentals so that we can get a sequel X4.

Inspite of the negative reaction from some the chance that Fox will ask Ratner and co. to return to do another x-men film or a spin-off is very high after these box office and dvd numbers (500 million+ combined) i think.WorthyStevens4 said:As much as I absolutely despise Fox and hate seeing them make money with all my passion, I hope X3 sells just enough to greenlight an X4.
If Apocalypse is incorporated into sequels, I DO NOT want Ratner or the likes of Penn and Kinberg anywhere near those movies. Because if they are in charge, and they **** up Angel's transition into Death like they did with Phoenix, hell hath no fury like an Angel fan scorned.
No, seriously.

We can only hope.WorthyStevens4 said:Mehopes that Ratner will pull a Singer and go off to direct another superhero movie instead getting blacklisted by Fox.t:
And perhaps Kinberg/Penn will be busy with other movies. :meow:

Iceman/Psylocke said:This is more surprising than the box office figures as they were frontloaded by people who hadn't seen the movie yet. High DVD sales indicate that a lot of people must have liked the film.
