It's not Morse code. It IS a data transmission over radio, but I haven't been able to determine which mode. It sounds closest to a mode called hellschreiber, but it's not decoding in that mode.

Explain this a little bit more so I can try and help. because I have no idea what you're talking abotu haha.

Sorry about that. There was certainly not any fecetious motivation. I assumed that all the people in the Unfiction chat probably already submitted since they were the ones that posted it in the forum. I wasn't in the chat so I don't know how many were in there...

(chair falls over and malikov is surprised. Apparently, Vesenskii threatens Malikov physically. Afterwards, Malikov is left breathless.)

Vesenskii: I'm not crazy, who can hear voices in his head. You created me, and even though it was an accident, I am thankful of you. But you're stupid. Alien blood is filled with something beautiful. My blood - Fantastic. If it wasn't for you, I would never have known that.

Malikov: I'm glad you're telling me that.

Vesenskii: Not important. Even so, you've done terrible things. You've done us worse than better. We have the poet's blood, but once the last one of us dies, with us dies that which we are.

(long pause)

Wow. see i knew The Bruce would get it, but holy crap. That thing was hard. Okay, so I am guessing that this puzzle was the hardest since Hale should have been the last one to be injected. He is the main character of the video game. Now we still have two others that probably will have games way less harder than this one. That is why Hales test is still ongoing. Well, you could join Seek the Six, District-9 etc. They aren't moving to fast though. You could join, the Lost Ring, but that seems to be complicated. it is an ARG that is tied into the olympics and seems to be way over my head. head to wikibruce.com they have a whole section on it and many others. D-9 and ST6 is not moving apparently so this is all I get to play for a while .
