You know that a movie is in trouble when it cites it's special effects house. The last movie that did that was Resident Evil 4 and that movie was a peice of crap. What about that Oscar nominated actor they got leading their movie or even the hot chick from an oscar winning hit film?

Hemsey was inspired by the TF sound and Zimmer by Hamsey. this doesnt make Inception a bad movie. its still an original masterpiece. but TF did not copy from Inception. this is a fact.

a lot movies where scientist is searching for a cure. animals get smarter..........they attack. boom. the best part of Planet of the Apes movies was to show what happened when they were on top. this is a prequel.

the only reason i will watch this movie is for Caesar. and he is played by big budget second unit director Andy Serkins.

this movie will not bomb because i am not interested. it will bomb because it was rushed and looks boring.

Thankyou! The story isn't even remotely original and the least interesting part of the Apes lore was how the Apes took over. It looks like King Kong the Jurassic Park edition at that. I love me some Andy Serkins but unless the movie gets some Source Code style praise there is zero chance that I'm seeing it. The trailer had a few interesting things but Franco already looks miscast and none of the other non CGI creatures look interesting. I think that it will bomb because it looks ridiculous and it's a prequel that nobody was asking for.

I'm happy that somebody thinks this movie looks good...
