I bet they end it with the Apes over run in some city....the End. I really doubt they take over the world in this movie.

Even in Conquest of the Planet of the Apes...they never show the worldwide take over.

If there's a sequel to this..they'll probably get into it in more detail I bet.
you could be right.

i think this is how they will end the movie.

-30 minutes of monkeys making trouble in the city.
-the last shot will be Caeser looking at the city.
-there will be some fire and humans screaming.
-then they add a moving text. there they will explain how Caeser gathered more monkeys and got smarter.
- after the realese Fox will come out and tell you that you should pay for the sequel to find out how apes took over the world

like witht terminator and the war

I still think the Apes will win at the end cause of Caesar&his Apes releasing viruses/plaques that will somehow only harm humans and then learning to handle weapons&vehicles!!!

I see the ending being Apes taking over most of the country and some world-wide stuff being shown, then IF they get to make a sequel.....It'll be about the Apes dominating even more and making humans they find as there slaves&stuff like the original while some human rebels like out there trying to survive&fighting back!

The trailer made me laugh. I will say that it looks enjoyable, to say the least.

The music at the beginning made me think they were going to plant an idea into the chimps mind

BUUUUURRRR!!!!!!

I'm not so sure about the massive CGI swarm of apes. Gives me bad memories of "I Robot"

This just looks silly. So, they have a drug that gives apes human-like intelligence. I can buy that. But then, they turn against humans? A bunch of unarmed, uneducated apes, take over the world? Who is writing this?

What was wrong with the backstory of the first movie?

Well, at least the apes look good.

"the drug has increased brain function" "you mean increased intelligence???"

jesus christ

we don't know IF the Apes will be unarmed with out any weapons in the whole movie!,I'm sure Caesar was educated while getting raised and he can teach other Apes and they teach others&so on!

jesus christ.....I don't think it's a line all that bad!

Yeah you can clearly hear the line was altered, and im thinking that the humans think they can handle the situation when suddenly the apes start getting smarter and they create weapons, and thats when they decide to attack, but, unfortunatley its too late.

I've read the Script (An old draft, with some minor differences from what we've already know of the Plot, but with the basic structure and several scenes that we've already seen in the Trailer, like Ceasar watching James Franco's and Freida Pinto's character sleep). It is amazing. I hope they keep most of it in the final movie. It's very action-packed and also very emotional. Ceasar is almost like a son to James Franco's character, which makes the rift between them much more painful to be seen unfold. Oh, and a little treat to the fans of the classic movie:

In a certain moment of the movie, there's a TV report on the launching of the Icarus Space Shuttle commanded by Captain George Taylor. Later on, there's another report, saying that the shuttle disappeared while circling the dark side of Mars.

Also, the classic "You damn dirty ape" line is in, but not as you'd expect.

that could be f'n awesome and potentially used in a possible sequel!!

About the ape revolution (you're right, it is fun to write :hehe:) and how the apes take over the world, this is what happens in the Script I've read:

Caesar plan is only to free the apes from the Ape Sanctuary ("The Ranch"), the GenSys Laboratories and the San Francisco Zoo and lead them to the Muir Woods on the other side of the Golden Gate Bridge, where they can live free. He's also not the only proeminent ape characters - There's are two gorillas, Rocket and Buck; an orangutan, Maurice; Caesar's chimpanzee mate Cordelia and Koba, an evil, sadistic chimpanzee.

Koba is another test subject of GeneSys Laboratories, and he has a flu while being experimented on. Due to the effects of the drug created by James Franco's character, Will Rodman, the flu mutates into a powerful biological weapon that infects several people in San Francisco. When they start leaving the city after the ape revolution, they accidentally spread the virus all over the world, and Humanity slowly falls as Caesar and his army watch from the Muir Woods.
