Speaking as a huge Iron Man fan, Tony should get as much screen time as Anthony Hopkins in the first Thor movie. Suit up get a fight scene in there maybe in the middle or at the end (taking on robots of flying drones or something) while Spider-Man defeats the main villain.

People complaining about RDJ in this forget that other movies in the past have had relative unknowns in these movies with big established actors surrounding them.

For the last time, this isn't going to turn into an Iron Man movie. Just like the Avengers and Civil War movies weren't Iron Man movies.

The constant complaining gets me less and less excited about this movie.

Ehh.. That'd be fine. Maybe have him take out Big Wheel or something.

It would be great to see Iron Man in there, but we don't want to steal the spotlight from Spider-Man either. And when Tony Stark's in there, that's very easy to do even if by pure accident

I'd argue Civil War is the best Iron Man movie since 2008, and that's coming from someone who has enjoyed every movie he's been in since then.

Agreed. I have enjoyed them all to varying degrees but the first IM has yet to be touched IMO

Also the more RDJ as Stark the happier I will be. One of my favorite parts of the MCU.

And lets look at it this way. RDJ is a billion dollar name. IM3 anyone? Civil War anyone? Both Avengers films anyone? Think about it, when RDJ in it. This film is gaurenteed financial success. Especially if they let him suit up.

As a major Iron Man fan this will be the first Spider-Man movie I am excited for since Spider-Man 2. The Tony/Peter apartment scene was my favorite non-action scene in Civil War and I think RDJ and Holland have amazing chemistry.

I saw an idea a while up that'd be good. If Vulture's the main villain, it'd be cool if the Big Wheel was an opening villain. Like Peter is walking home from school and the big wheels going around crushing things and then it comes up from behind him while he's walking with a friend, he sense it and pushes his friend out of the way.

He's standing there worried to web swing out of the way or something because of his powers and everyone's watching, but not wanting to die. Then Iron Man flies in and stops it from crushing Peter like

"Go get the police." but obviously meaning go change.

Peter changes to Spidey and him and IM take down the big wheel in a spectacular opening sequence that immediately captivates the audience. From that point on any involvement Stark has is minimal.
