I think what I love most about the test footage is when we get to his face. I dont see pattenson at all. I'm not sure what it is maybe it's his expression. It just looks like batman. Although I liked batfleck I always saw his face and not Bruce.

It looks like a very creepy, thoughtful and unique version of Batman as well.

The cool thing that the serials capture is this super pulpy, two-fisted masked manhunter vibe for Batman. It'd be really cool to get a taste of that in this new series.

The guy on set said that Robert's Bruce Wayne has dark brown hair, long on the top, short on the sides, and also mentioned he had a long fringe and doesn't look like any of these:

On another comment he also mentioned he had a long fringe, but it's not an emo fringe.

Also said he could see him as both a playboy and a businessman and he looks like a "billionaire *******"

I'm loving what I am hearing about Bruce looking like a "billionaire *******." I think dark brown for the hair is best as black is too unnatural and hard to pull off correctly. I wonder if the shorter hair on the sides was inspired by the hair peeking out of the cowl on the sides in the camera test? I'm pleasantly surprised by the haircut change and I think it is for the best as what we saw last month was a bit too close to Bale's look for my taste. The references to a fringe make me think we'll get something like this:

I think the hair shorter on the sides is also to give him a more modern age, it seems to be a modern trend for some young dudes to cut their hair short on the sides.
He also mentioned that the fringe is not quite emo "but almost close" but yet nothing like the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man 3 haircut, so I guess it's fine and I think those images you just sent are good approximations.

The sides in that set photo were not short tho, and his hair was messier than usual due to the motorcycle helmet. I imagine it'll be more like that fanart I just sent.
