Robin Hood

Do i hear Russel Crowe talking with a Yorkshire accent in the trailer??

I think this will be a bomb just like Kingdom of Heaven. I love all of Ridley's movies...but I'm tired of him putting Crowe in every movie he directs.

Don't forget Scott put Crowe in Blade Runner!

Damn, what awful casting. Harrison Ford would of been much better.

Wow, I forgot about that too.

It's a bit fuzzy, but did he speak American or in his Australian accent?

It's Russel Crowe and Ridley Scott in a period piece film, it will be great.

Ah yes, a new R. Hood film. The last one i liked was the one by Mel Brooks.

I'm a huge Crowe fan so this will be a must see for me. The trailer was pretty cool. The last shot off Crowe was badass

The trailer was boring...then again I don't like the lead actor and I'm not a fan of the director.

I don't like this film already. In my opinion, a movie based off of 'Robin Hood' should be colourful, fun, exciting. This, to me, just looks boring. Too brutal and too ugly to look at. Just like that other 'Robin Hood' movie with Kevin Costner. I hated that film because it was ugly and depressing. This looks to (at least) be a step-up in class. But, that's not saying much. It's pretty sad when the closest I get to a Robin Hood film that I could actually be proud of is a parody by Mel Brooks.

Well, the trouble is that despite Robin's "merry men," the story is pretty dark and depressing. You're talking about political oppression and unfair taxation, while the Crusades are also taking place. If you want to make a Robin Hood film realistic, it's very difficult to make it happy and fun.

Whoa... that looks great! Any idea if an English version will be coming soon?

Unless Ridley bowls me over with some more footage and interviews, this will offically be RHINO to me.

Hell of alot better than the first one. I just might see it now.
