The thing that makes Catwoman interesting as a villain is that she's - at least partially - a "good guy" too.

She has just always bored and annoyed me as a villian but ever since Hush I have liked her. I just can not stand her as a villian not in the movies not in the TV shows and not in the comics.

Catwoman was the best part of Batman Returns. I think she is one of the best foes Bats has, and one of the most important, so It would seem a crime to leave her out of the films.

I don't like Catwoman but even if I did I look at it this way Catwoman has gotten more attention in the media than alot of other villians that I would love to see get in a movie. She was in Returns and she had her on Movie I think it would be fine to leave her out maybe mention the name Salina but that's all. Maybe that way we can get other villians. In BB we had three villians we never had before that was nice and refreshing three people who were on film for the first time Scarcrow , Raas and Falconie if we throw in Catwoman that is one less treat we will get.

In my opinion as a villian Catwoman should only be used in the background and never as an important foe.

Why do people insist on thinking that Catwoman would prevent other villains from ever appearing in the Bat-movies?
I mean seriously. The only people that can prevent a character/villain from appearing in the movie are the writers, directors, and producers. Other than those people, no one else can prevent them. And I know I'm talking about real people here but no character can prevent another one from appearing in the movie.

Umm you do realize that they will only put so many characters in right. So if Catwoman is in it that would make one less villian that can make the franchise. They are not going to be 8 major villians in one movie.

Why are people so insistant that we need Catwoman when she has already been done a thousand times over both on the side of good and bad.

I don't want to see her misused, if she appears she can't be just a background character with two lines (Can someone say X3??) but more likely, and as it should be, she would have to be one of the main players in the story in wich she would appear.

I think she is horrible as a "Villian" she is alright when she is how she was in Hush thats when I liked her that was pretty much the only time I liked her. I would be happy to never see her again she is useless other than to flirt with Bruce and do the whole "Will they or won't they" thing. She isn't bad enough to be considered a major villian she should of never been used as one because she really wasn't a villian. You have these people like Joker and Two Face these larger than life scary killers and than you have a thief big woop.

I dont think she should be used in the movies. Maybe at the most her name gets mentioned some one mentions "Salina" (Sorry if I spelt that wrong I always forget how her name is spelled.)

^Because she plays a major role to the Batman mythos. Begins had 5 villains of different villains if you see it the way I did. 1 major (Liam Ra's), 1 big villain (Scarecrow), 2 lesser villains (Ken Ra's & Falcone), and a cameo villain (Zsasz).

I, along with others, wouldn't mind if Catwoman was the big villain or one of the lesser villains so that other villains who have yet had their time to shine get it.

Fine if you want to look at it that way I would be ok with her in a role about as big as Zsasz was in BB maybe a little smaller.

And just so everyone knows, I made my sig a while ago and changed it in small ways keeping the same attitude. When I say "You're no fan if you can't spell their name." I am referring to the fanatics who can't spell the names of the characters they claim to praise.
And when I say "Spell/Make sense or get off the computer." I mean if you're not gonna make sense spell correctly so other posters might get an idea of what you're saying; It also means that I don't care if you can't spell as long as you make sense. If you can't do either get off the computer.
Just thought I'd explain it.

Sorry about that sometimes I look at an icon and just assume a sex based on the icon. I saw a girls face and just thought "Its a girl" I need to stop doing that.

That was indeed me but I don't know how to do it and don't feel like wasting my time looking it up. Not surprised that you still don't know how to be a decent human. You still have to be an ass.

You corrected me after I already said that I knew I had spelled the name wrong. What makes you an ass was telling me to look at the other guys signature instead of just saying "hey dude you didn't spell that name right"

Then what the hell bothered you? If it wasn't the spelling then what was it that just bothered you so much. Here Sig clearly talks about spelling and I did not spell the name wrong I think it was safe to assume you were crying about the spelling of the name.

Whatever either way I just hope one day you mature a little and learn to play nice with others. Just because some one disagree with you or a conversation isn't going your way that does not mean you need to turn to insults or passive agressive behavior just be an adult.

Just because I didn't spell a name correct does not mean that I have no right to discuss it I know the character just fine.

As far as the insult goes you are correct in saying that you have not insulted me directly but don't pretend that you have not insulted me. Just because you did not flat out call me stupid does not mean that you were trying to imply it.

Either way I am willing to drop it if you are.

Obviously people have different opinion, but come on! Those two movies were a catastrophy! Anybody who thinks they illustrate Batman's persona correctly, clearly isn't a Batman fan!

robin should be brought into to the next sequel: dark knight and i Love how there Doing it in the september 23rd New Premier on Saturday of the New the Batman Cartoon, there Making Bruce wayne, batman take Grayson in as a Foster son, which would make perfect sense in Nolans world, and i love how in the commercial, grayson says im robin"Official Partner of the Dark Knight" that sums it up Awesomely, Batman will ALWAYS have a Robin!!
