Until they show otherwise, Wolverine will likely remain the focus of this series particularly if Scott does indeed remain a corpse by the time Apocalypse comes out. I'm still dubious to the contrary.

Until it's revealed later during a plot twist that Christopher Summers is actually Christopher Logan; the love child of Jean and Wolverine, who was conceived right before Wolverine mysteriously left to search for the remains of his origins for 5 years, only to come back and find out that Jean had moved on with Richard...I mean..Scott...and had a 5 year old kid with him.

I couldn't picture Cyclops or Jean being a horseman. But if this will act as X5 or the 5th film with the OT cast, Cyclops/James Marsden has to comeback full-time.

I think that when Singer was that Cyclops "won't be in the film" he actually means that "he won't have a big role." I think that Cyclops might reappear as a cameo, possibly to set up the next movie.

A mid-credits scene of Cyclops and Jean popping back up whenever Apocalypse will take place would be the best way to end the movie. I'm expecting it to happen too.

No, Singer has nothing against Cyclops, that's a dumb thing to say. The movie where Cyclops was really screwed over (X3) was the one that Singer had NOTHING to do with. Cyclops got a decent-sized role on X1 and there were reasons for him not being in X2 much. Singer was going to make him the focus in his version of X3, so he's got nothing against Cyclops.

I love the idea of bringing James marsden back as an older more experienced cyclops. He was always a great actor but he's gotten better and I would like to see a cyclops with a few more years on him.

Famke goes without saying because as we saw from the wolverine she's still gorgeous and talented and amazing

Marsden could be a great Cyclops with better material. He was good with the little he got in the OT.
